Southern Pacific Digital is a Melbourne based web development and design firm. Our vast experience allows us to combine the many skills of our staff into almost any solution for the web and business. We initially started in providing stock standard web design and hosting solutions, however since our relatively humble beginnings, we have since branched out to a variety of specialised skills. We provide services such as graphic and corporate design, optimisation and auditing of websites. In short, there is no web problem that we cannot solve.
Southern Pacific Digital is a very young company, and we use our youth to our advantage to create highly energetic visual solutions, as well as solutions that are up-to-date with the latest technological advances. We bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to make ourselves and our clients a step ahead of the rest.
Of most importance is our clients, we pride ourselves on exceptional professionalism and punctuality. This is driven by our mantra of seeking absolute perfection in our work. We work closely with our clients to ensure that we develop a solution that satisfies a company's bottom line.
What makes our products and services unique is our way of thinking. Our team of designers and technical staff work in collaboration to create a solution that best balances stunning appearances with a strong technical backing. Our ultimate aim in constructing a website with a customer is to create a visually attractive website, whilst ensuring it works properly for any user and ultimately brings about more business for our client. This applies for all aspects of our services, not just exclusively to our custom built websites.
We are an exuberant company with a team of people passionate about the web. Our main aim is to forever keep our clients satisfied, from the time we work with them and even after our job is done. We are a fun loving company, whilst being able to remain diligent and professional in our work.
Every job we undertake is unique and poses its own problems. For this, we undertake a process with each project to ensure we effectively plan out a solution and promptly deliver it to our client.
- Brainstorm: Before we even start building, first we have to tackle what the problem is and how do we overcome it?
- Gather content: Once we at least have a vague idea of what we need to do, we gather all the content and relevant information that will need to be considered when constructing a solution.
- Conceptualise: Our team of designers will go and interpret this information and make the thought process visible. We create a wide variety of concepts with a broad scope of ideas for the client to consider. We can omit ideas, combine ideas to create the perfect solution.
- Refine: Once the client has agreed to a single concept, it is then refined and then stripped apart in preparation for construction.
- Construct: The design team then passes the needed content to the technical crew, who then make the concept into a functional website. It is programmed with the code needed and optimised to ensure maximum web exposure.
- Present: Once the team is pleased with the solution, it is then passed onto the client for final approval. Once this process is completed, the website is live.
- Promote: Whilst other firms will leave the site with the client, we still work on the website long after it is completed. The changes we make aren't obvious, however behind the scenes we work in making the website visible on the web and overhaul the competition on the world's leading search engines.
